When writing to or phoning the Board's staff, it is expected that they are treated with respect. They are there to help you with Board processes and your questions, and it is expected that this is conducted in a professional manner by both the practitioner and staff member involved. The Board's Code of Ethical Conduct outlines a practitioners professional obligation to communicate in a respectful and collaborative manner.

Any abuse directed towards staff may result in you being referred to the Board.
